Why does my game look slightly different than the listing photo?
Because every item is handmade using natural materials, no two games are exactly alike! Wood grain patterns, knots, and slight color variations are part of the charm of a handcrafted product. These unique characteristics ensure that your game is a one-of-a-kind piece, not a factory-produced clone.
Are game pieces and instructions included?
Yes! Unless specifically noted in the product description, all of our board games come complete with the necessary playing
pieces and a printed set of rules/instructions so you can start playing right out of the box.
What finish do you use on the wood?
We use a durable, finish to protect the wood and ensure the board lasts for years of play. Typically we use Shellac, Mineral Oil, Various Stains for tinting, and Polyurethane.
Can I verify my personalization text before you make it?
Please double-check your spelling, dates, and names before placing your order. We copy and paste the text exactly as you provide it. Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes to personalization details once the order is submitted.
Do you do custom designs or logos?
We love working on custom projects! If you have a specific idea, family crest, or corporate logo you would like engraved on a game board, please message us directly before ordering to discuss feasibility and pricing.
How long will it take to get my order?
- Processing Time: Since our games are handmade to order, we need [3 to 5] business days to create your item. Some items, like the Mats are mostly premade and can ship in 2 business days.
- Shipping Time: Once it leaves our workshop in Voorhees, NJ, the time it takes to reach you depends on the carrier (USPS or UPS). Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days within the continental US.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we within the United States, as well as any country legally allowed by US law except the EU due to certain restrictions our shop cannot afford at this time. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We pack our games securely, but accidents happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.
How do I clean my wooden game board?
To clean, simply wipe with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals, submerged the board in water, or put it in the dishwasher, as this will damage the wood, stain and or finish.
Is this safe for small children?
Many of our games include marbles, pegs, or small wooden counters which can present a choking hazard. Our games are not intended for children under 3 years old. Please supervise young children during play.
