Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All of our products are handmade to order. Please allow [3 to 5] business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
· Origin: All orders ship from our workshop in Voorhees, New Jersey, USA.
· Carriers: We ship via USPS and UPS.
· Rates: Real-time shipping rates are pulled directly from the carriers based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or weather issues.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will generally be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Klever-N-Krafty, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages in Transit
Klever-N-Krafty, LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return Policy
All Sales Are Final Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has begun processing.
By purchasing from Klever-N-Krafty, LLC, you acknowledge that:
1. Each item is handmade and may vary slightly from the product photos.
2. Personalized items cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned.
3. Please review all personalization details (spelling, dates, etc.) carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in information
provided by the customer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within [3] days of delivery) so that we can evaluate the issue.
While we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If we have made a mistake with your personalization or if the item has a structural defect, please contact us at bob.klevernkrafty@gmail.com with photos of the issue. These instances will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure you receive the high-quality product you ordered.
