Refund policy

All Sales Are Final Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has begun processing.

By purchasing from Klever-N-Krafty, LLC, you acknowledge that:

1.     Each item is handmade and may vary slightly from the product photos.

2.     Personalized items cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned.

3.     Please review all personalization details (spelling, dates, etc.) carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within [3] days of delivery) so that we can evaluate the issue.

While we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship.
