Shipping policy

Order Processing Time: All of our products are handmade to order. Please allow [3 to 5] business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

·        Origin: All orders ship from our workshop in Voorhees, New Jersey, USA.

·        Carriers: We ship via USPS and UPS.

·        Rates: Real-time shipping rates are pulled directly from the carriers based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or weather issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will generally be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Klever-N-Krafty, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages in Transit: Klever-N-Krafty, LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
