It’s a fast-paced, strategic challenge where players take turns aiming to outmaneuver each other by forming lines or blocking paths in an ancient Celtic style. Each move brings you closer to victory or defeat, making every decision a nail-biting choice. Think you’ve got the skills to rule the board? Give it a try and see if you can master this unique spin on a legendary game!

Game includes:
A round wood board (ranges from 10-12 inches in diameter)
Playing Pieces - glass tokens or wood tokens (bag to hold them)

Fidchell (Old Irish pronunciation: [ˈfʲiðʲxʲel͈]) or gwyddbwyll (in Welsh, pronounced [ˈɡwɨ̞ðbʊɨ̯ɬ, ˈɡwɪðbʊi̯ɬ]) was a board game popular among the ancient Celts. Fidchell was played between two people who moved an equal number of pieces across a board; the board shared its name with the game played upon it. Based on the descriptions in Irish and Welsh literature as well as archaeological finds of game pieces, it is likely to have been a variant of ludus latrunculorum played in Ireland and Britain.
