Shipped quickly, was wrapped well, and even was able to personalize after ordering even though I ordered the non-personalized version. Personalization looks great! The zipper is smooth, the pouch section for the game pieces has plenty of space (not too tight where it's annoying to get everything back in) without being too bulky. The game board itself looks excellent. And thank you for including instructions - I wasn't sure if those were coming or not.

If I was being verrrry picky, the only thing I wish was different is I wish that the straps were more reinforced onto the game board because that's where I see a future weakness (and I always like to at least backstitch areas like that), but everything else exceeds expectations.

5 stars, for sure.
